Job Details Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with HVAC systems, refrigeration/freezer units, and related equipment.
Install, replace, and start-up HVAC & refrigeration equipment using mechanical drawings and instructions.
Perform regular preventative maintenance and service on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
Maintain and repair electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems throughout buildings and facilities.
Work on chillers, boilers, generators, pumps, compressors, motors, fans, belts, and more.
Proficient in electrical maintenance and repair on equipment with voltage up to 480v.
Maintain, operate, and perform testing on fire/life safety and emergence power systems.
